Our Portland office is located on the campus of Meadow Springs Community Church. Conveniently located off of I-5 at the Haines Street exit, our office is easily accessible yet private and discreet. Free on-site parking is available.

Driving Directions from I-5 South:

Exit I-5 South at Haines Street and turn right on S.W. 68th Street. Turn right on S.W. Atlanta Street (The name changes to S.W. Haines Road as you cross the freeway). Turn right on S.W. Lesser Road and then stay right onto S.W. 62nd Street. Meadow Springs is on the right just past the first stop sign.

Driving Directions from I-5 North:

Exit I-5 North at Haines Street and take the first right onto S.W. Southview Street. Turn right on S.W. 62nd Street. Meadow Springs is on the right.

Driving Directions from I-4:

Exit I-4 at Lee Road and head East. Turn right on 17-92. Turn left on Webster. Turn right on Park Avenue. Brandywine Square is three blocks down on your right between Swoope and Cole. You may park on the street or use the parking lot located directly behind Brandywine Square. Grace Clinic is on the second floor of building 505, suite 212.
